Our take
Yes, if you already use K-Cup pods and want a stronger, fuller cup without fiddling with settings. At $99.99 (as of Oct 10, ~8:56 AM CT), the K-Supreme gives you Keurig’s MultiStream brewing, a Strong button, a brew-over-ice option, four cup sizes, and a 66 oz reservoir you can set in two positions. Amazon showed a List Price of $189.99 (as of Oct 10, ~8:56 AM CT).
Skip it if you want a 4 oz cup or presets for several people (the K-Supreme Plus does those), or adjustable strength and temperature (the K-Supreme Plus and Gen 2 both offer them). And if you don’t drink pod coffee, no Keurig is the right buy.

What MultiStream actually means
Keurig describes MultiStream as a way to extract more flavor and aroma from each K-Cup pod, and says it does that better than its K-Classic brewer. That’s Keurig’s own comparison, not our taste test. In practice, it’s the main reason to pick a K-Supreme over an entry-level Keurig.
The features you’ll use every day
Strong button: one press for a bolder cup. Brew over ice: hot coffee brewed for pouring over ice. Back-to-back brewing: Keurig says you can brew a second cup right away. Dual-position reservoir: set the 66 oz tank in either of two positions to fit your counter.
What it doesn’t do
There’s no 4 oz size, no separate temperature control, and no saved user presets. Those are on the K-Supreme Plus. It brews pods, not carafes, so it doesn’t replace a drip machine for a full pot.
Is the price right?
At our check, Buy New was $99.99 (as of Oct 10, ~8:56 AM CT) and Amazon showed a List Price of $189.99 (as of Oct 10, ~8:56 AM CT). We don’t track this brewer’s price history, so we can’t say whether that’s a low. Judge it on the features: if MultiStream, the Strong button, and brew-over-ice are what you want, it’s a fair price for them.
